According to an online user who lives in Port Harcourt that shared the story,the man pictured below was caught yesterday stealing a cylinder.
He was stripped,paraded and made to dance with the cylinder on his head.Below is what an online user wrote….

maziosas@glory5122 madam nobody here is condoning stealing, it is bad, but why resort to this level of treatment for something as paltry as a cylinder, not a car, not a phone, looking at the small size this cylinder it’s obvious he has a pressing need for feeding with it, the owner should have collected it back with a strong reproof, someone from the hypocritically crowd should have even paid for him but no…they did this
