A popular Gospel Artiste, Bishop Fernandez a.k.a. Jesus Freak was yesterday morning, crushed to death by a truck in Port Harcourt, the Rivers state Capital.
According to online reports, the fatal accident reportedly happened at Akpajo, Eleme in PH while he was on his way to see a pastor.
His friends and colleagues are trooping to his Facebook page to drop tributes to Fernandez, as they describe him as a young and vibrant person, who takes the work of God seriously. 
A tribute reads;
In 2011 I met this special person in Camp.. No memory is as strong as what we had done… I remember when you told the Coach to include me in the team that I was a better player even though you were way better than i was.. You were such a selfless friend…I will hold the secret to our names and tell it to everyone how special you were..You will be in my heart forever..brother
