They asked 500 couples from around the world to keep track of their steamy encounters over the course of four weeks.

And they found that there was a massive difference in how long the se x sessions lasted – ranging from 33 seconds to 44 minutes.

While there’s clearly not one normal duration, the average time for se x was 5.4 minutes.

Putting a couple of popular myths to bed, the researchers said that using a cond,om didn’t affect staying power and nor did being circumcised.
