It looks like Meek Mill liked it, and was ready to put a ring on it.
Nicki
Minaj showed off a giant diamond ring, on her left ring finger, on
Instagram Wednesday night. It was a birthday (and most likely
engagement) gift from Meek Mill. (Minaj turned 33 on Dec. 8.)

“Now this is what I’m talking about baby. Lol,” Minaj wrote on Instagram. “Love u.”
The
rappers began dating in early 2015, they’ve since collaborated several
times, including on “All Eyes on You” in which Meek made it very clear

Earlier in the day, Meek teased his birthday gift to Minaj captioning a picture of three intimidatingly large diamonds with, “A girls best friend……”

He clearly went with square cut.
In
April, the couple were rumored to be engaged after Nicki shared photos
of a yellow, heart-shaped diamond ring, another present from Meek Mill.
Sharing a second photo of the ring, Minaj wrote, “This stone is flawless. (My voice) lol.” Minaj recorded a flawless “Flawless” remix with Beyoncé.

This all works within Nicki’s self-appointed timeline. In the December 2014/January 2015 issue of Complex
she said, “By the fifth album, I will have walked down the aisle and I
will at least be on baby number one, possibly baby number two.” She
released her third album, The Pinkprint, last year.
