“Thous Shall Not Steal” The barbaric
Islamic State (ISIS) terror group has taken its wickedness to a new low
after publicly cutting off a hand of a man accused of theft in Raqqa,
Syria.
He was paraded before a crowd which
included children before his hand was cut off and immediately bandaged
with the help of a medical personnel who stand close by.
