Idris Yusuf was allegedly arrested for unsanitary and illegal disposal of human faeces under the bridge at Daleko area of Mushin, Lagos State.
According to LAGESC, Yusuf was caught with human faeces tied in 27 bags.
In lieu of the development, the house where the waste originated from has since been sealed off while
investigations would be carried out
