Please help me ask the parliamentarians, mostly men and health experts in the house. I hardly go two rounds with my wife in lovemaking but can go five rounds with my mistress, my childhood girl friend although married too.

I don't

feel satisfy with my wife but do with concubine. I know it's sin and want to stop it pls is it normal or is something wrong with me?i have tried to discuss this with few friends but they said they experience same thing too. Is there any medical help to this? Thanks are God bless.
