A 23-year-old displaced person was this morning found beheaded in an Internally Displaced Persons' (IDP) camp in Maiduguri, the Borno state capital.
Millions of people rendred homeless as a result of Boko Haram's insurgency have been taking refuge in IDP camps pending the time their homes will be safe
and habitable enough for them to go back.
