Rapper Fabolous indicted on four felony counts for assaulting his babymama Emily B

Rapper, Fabolous has reportedly been indicted by a New Jersey grand jury for allegedly assaulting his longtime girlfriend and former Love & Hip Hop star, Emily Bustamante.

According to reports, the rapper born John David Jackson is facing four felony charges, which include one count of “domestic violence with significant bodily injury, [two] counts of threatening to kill and [one] count of possession of a weapon…a pair of scissors.

Back in March, TMZ published a video of a tense encounter between Fabolous, Bustamante and her father. In the video, the two men are seen arguing while Fabulous holds a pair of scissors and threatens to shoot the older man.

The confrontation reportedly occurred three weeks after Bustamante accused Fabolous, the father of her two sons, of punching her several times and knocking two of her teeth out.

The rapper has since denied the abuse allegations, but if he’s convicted on any of the indicted felonies, he could face up to five years in prison for each charge.

He has been my best friend since then. I am so grateful for having him in my life, because many times i wonder, how my life would have turned out without him. He is a Man with many amazing qualities and i love him so so so much. He is just so incomparable.

Phillip: From the first time I met Sharon, deep down inside, I knew i will be her husband and that we will spend the rest of our lives together…just the thought of her, melts my heart, i love her so much and We are going to show the world and set a standard and inspire others not by words but by action that it is possible to have a beautiful marriage and how beautiful it is to have God in a marriage.

”President Buhari Hasn’t Run Any Successful Business In His Life” – Atiku Abubakar Says

PDP presidential candidate for the February 2019 presidential election, Atiku Abubakar, has described President Buhari as a failure who has never run any successful business enterprise in his life.

Atiku said this while replying the comment made by the spokesperson of the APC, Yekini Nabena, who in a statement released, questioned Atiku’s source of wealth.

Atiku in his response released by his media organization, reminded the APC that the former president has run more successful business enterprises unlike President Buhari.

“We wish to remind APC’s National Publicity Secretary, Yekini Nabena, that Atiku Abubakar is not like President Buhari who has never run a successful private business throughout his life.

Unlike Muhammadu Buhari, Atiku Abubakar is an expert job creator who has founded many successful and thriving businesses including the American University of Nigeria, Yola; a microfinance bank that has moved 45,000 families out of poverty and Rica Gado, a livestock feed company that has significantly reduced instances of herdsmen/farmers clashes by providing a business-friendly solution instead of asking Nigerians to give up their lands for cattle ranching or face death, as the Buhari government did.” the statement read

Atiku urged the Buhari Presidency and the APC to mention even one successful private endeavour that the President had successfully run.

“By private enterprises, we are not referring to 150 cows that never increase in number, year in year out,” the statement read

Animal rights activist Kenya accuses Cardi B and Funny Toheeb of animal cruelty

A foreign dancer and an animal rights activist identified as Kenya has called out American rapper Cardi B and Funny Toheeb over the usage of feathers and live chickens in their Instagram photos.

If you recollect, Funny Toheeb had made a parody photo of Cardi B clad in a beautiful pink gown adorned with huge feathers.


In his replica photo, which was not devoid of humour, Funny Toheeb had made use of live chickens, which didn’t go well with the dancer who also is an animal rights activist.

She took to her Instagram page to call out the duo and expressed how disgusted she was seeing them being cruel to the chicken. And even went further to mention that the photo is not funny:



Honestly, reading the comments on this post makes me sick to my stomach. How could ANYONE think that this is funny? Chickens are BEAUTIFUL and SENTIENT animals. We’ve objectified them for so long- to the point where people don’t see a problem with this.

Mayorkun Talks About How He Met Davido

Nigerian singer, Mayorkun has mentioned that meeting Davido was a blessing to him and he does not think it will be quite easy for him to forget the day he met the African pop sensation.

Mayorkun, who met Davido after he uploaded a video of himself playing the piano to one of the latter’s songs on social media, dished to Sunday Scoop that it had been nothing but bliss since he came in contact with the self-acclaimed Omo Baba Olowo.



He said:



“I will continue to remember the day I met Davido for good. He has really been a blessing to me and I will always appreciate him. He is a very good person because he didn’t know me from Adam before offering me a deal with his label. Even when I tell people how our paths crossed, they don’t believe. He took me as a brother from day one and he has been very instrumental to the growth of my career.”

On the advice his mother gave him at the outset of his career, Mayorkun said:

“She just told me to always remember the son of who I am and to stay true to myself. She warned me not to live a fake life but to be focused on my career. As someone who has been in the entertainment industry for a while, her advice is very valuable to me and I make sure to follow it. I am very close to my mother and I don’t do anything without her.”

Speaking on what inspires him as an artiste, Mayorkun said:

“I am largely inspired by the things I see around me. I like to sing about things that people can relate with; I get material from the things that happen around me.”

Shocking!!! Corps member dies, a month to the end of his service

A corps member of the National Youth Service Corps, Ubara Happiness Oghenevinyeze, has died a month to the end of his service.

The deceased, who was the president of the Anglican Corpers Fellowship of Nigeria, Anambra State Chapter, died in an auto crash, on Sunday, September, 30, 2018, while returning to his base from Benin, Edo State. He was laid to rest on Thursday, October 3.



Dowell E Dowell posted pictures of the deceased and also photos from his burial on Facebook. Posting the pictures, Dowell E Dowell wrote;

I still find it very difficult to believe that death actually laid its icy hands on a gentle soul like you. Ubara Happiness was one of the most gentle guys in my class. This is so terrible. Happiness sleep for now till God will conquer death and give you a second chance to life.

I really can’t believe Happiness is no more…its incomprehensible why this evil had to get to you in particular at a very early stage in life.
